You will be responsible for the allocation of work, daily supervision, training and welfare of staff within your area.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) interpersonal and basic computing skills are essential, as is the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of NHS standards and procedures would be advantageous.
Hours: 10 hours per week, 3pm – 4pm then 8pm -9pm Mon/Fri
Flexibility on shift is essential in being part of a team of Domestic Supervisors and ideally you will be prepared to work additional hours to provide cover during periods of leave.
