Burnfoot Care Home is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager on a permanent basis.

Our purpose-built accommodation can welcome up to 48-residents with varying needs, including mental health.

We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of care and all our staff is fully qualified and pro-active in their approach.

Deputy Manager Contract

· £20.00 per hour

· 40 hours per week

· £1,000 Welcome Bonus

· Paid NMC

· Paid PVG

· Company pension

· 5.6 weeks annual leave

· Uniform provided

· Onsite parking

· Meals provided

We believe the Deputy Manager should have the following qualities and experience:

· RGN / RMN Qualified

· Strong clinical skills.

· Working with the elderly would be advantageous.

· Experienced of leading and managing a team.

· Able to support staff with further training and support.

· Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.
